Sunday Steal : Wet 'n Wild Eyeshadows

Wet 'n Wild is one of those drugstore brands that deliver great quality product with super affordable price tag. Their eyeshadows is especially loved by everyone and what I have to review for today's Sunday Steal are both their cult palette and trio. To start things off, these products are almost always sold out in SaSa so if you see them in stock, grab them while you can because this is certainly worth the money!

For a palette that has eight colours and a trio with three colours plus the great quality in every shadows, the price tag on this one is even cheaper compared to an eyeshadow quad from some top drugstore brands. I dare say the quality of these shadows is comparable to some higher-end ones such as Urban Decay, Too Faced and BareMinerals to name a few. The eyeshadows are creamy and buttery smooth to the touch and blends well on the lids. It has minimum fall outs and the shadows lasts all day on my eyes. I find that packing the colours on the lids using fingers bring out the pigmentation best.

For the Comfort Zone palette, both the neutral and green side has the same quality to the shadows. Of course, the most iconic colour and my favourite in the palette has to be the definer shade of the green side. The colour is a unique blend of reddish brown with iridescent of blue green metallic shade on top (okay I totally fail and describing the colour). It is almost similar to MAC Club eyeshadow, only this one has more pigmentation and colour pay-off on the eyes. Another favourite of mine from the palette is the eyelid shade from the neutral side. It's a beautiful metallic peach that simply goes well with my skin tone.

The Walking on Eggshells eyeshadow trio is another iconic product from WnW. I have not been able to put it down ever since I got it. All three colours simply complement each other and the eyelid shade (a metallic baby pink) is a definite stunner on the eyes.

Both the palette and trios has a good mix of natural and bold colours and is the perfect addition to your starter kit if you've only just started your makeup collection. Of course, the packaging is nothing special but the product quality definitely makes up for the packaging.
